Our aim at Ocado Retail is to develop **outstanding graduate hires. **The end goal is that you will be provided with the support and training to become a CIMA-qualified accountant at the end of your 3-year graduate scheme within the Finance function.

**Finance at Ocado Retail**

The Finance team at Ocado Retail is embedded as key partners to teams across the business - from Buying to Marketing to Operations - adding value and delivering on both immediate and long-term strategy. Our commercial mindset, analytical eye, and control focus enable the business to deliver long-term, sustainable growth.

- What you’ll be doing:_

The scheme covers 3 years and will see Ocado Retail support you to achieve the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification alongside three 1-year rotations across different teams within Finance, whilst also gaining exposure to the various areas of the business. Your rotations will see you working across three of the following Finance areas:

- Commercial Finance - with a seat at the table you will be helping the business make decisions to improve product profitability and customer experience, driving business performance
- Financial Planning & Analysis - with a birds-eye view of the whole company you will be helping set business targets and reporting back to senior stakeholders on performance
- Commercial Operations - with an ear to the ground you will be helping make key investment decisions to expand our network, improve operational efficiencies and ensure we are making the right commercial decisions regarding stock
- Financial Control - a fast-paced environment needs someone who can ensure that strong processes, checks and controls are in place to deliver accurate internal and external reporting

**What We Will Be Giving You**:
With a Mentor and access to a wide range of training courses to develop technical and interpersonal skills, you will be supported in becoming a finance leader of tomorrow. Beyond giving you exposure to the fast-paced world of online retail, Ocado Retail will support you with the cost of completing your CIMA qualification and study leave allowances. Within your tenure, you will gain technical, commercial, and personal skills within a varied and dynamic environment. You’ll also get the opportunity to present directly to our Finance Leadership Team with built in projects throughout the year.

**How we support you whilst studying your CIMA**:
Whilst you study for your CIMA qualification you’ll have regular check-ins with a Graduate Lead in small groups and will have access to external tuition to help you learn everything you need to know to pass your exams. You’ll be guided through your three year course by a mentor, who’ll be on hand to help with exam queries, professional development and any other questions you may have.

You will have study time allocated from your working hours, to give you plenty of focus time to learn without distraction. You will also be eligible for additional time off for revision and exams to give you the best chance of success
