**Role summary**:
As a Graduate Trainee Accountant, you will receive practical on the job training, as well as exam support in terms of time and costs to help prepare you for the professional accountancy qualification of your choice.

Providing an effective and efficient service to ensure the smooth running of the department. This role it is envisage will develop over time in line with practical experience and exam success.

**Skills/Responsibilities**:
**To be successful in this role you will need to**:

- Update Purchase Order spread sheets
- Match Pre-Approval Forms to Invoices before scanning/processing
- Logging of pre-approval spend
- Logging and chasing as appropriate proforma invoices
- VAT reporting for invoices where Reverse Charge is required
- Checking and Processing of purchase order invoices stock and non stock
- Scanning, distribution and follow up of all Share (non-purchase order invoices/credit notes)
- Opening and distributing Finance Departments post including the main AP inbox
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Gathering corporate monthly management report from BW for management accounts commentaries
- Checking and uploading to SAP of Employee Expense claims
- Liaising and resolving supplier queries
- Processing supplier payruns and clear down on SAP
