**Job description**:

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Night Porter** to join our team at **Lyons Woodland Hall Hotel and Caravan Park** **. **If being an integral part of a successful team of people is your number one skill whilst having a 5-star service mentality and critical eye for detail, then read on

As a night porter you are required to ensure the guest needs are anticipated and that any requests are actioned. You will be required to complete tasks accurately and within given deadlines and be responsible for the security of the hotel and guests overnight. Most importantly be friendly and customer focused so that the guest stay is truly memorable.

**The Business**
- Security of building and guests
- Serving drinks at the bar
- Dealing with guest queries
- Setting up restaurant for breakfast
- Taking down or setting up events
- Cleaning of public areas
- Keeping outside areas litter free and tidy

**The Person**
- Able to work on own initiative without receiving explicit direction
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer queries
- Must be highly competent (and confident) in tasks required
- Flexible, working to the needs of the business

**Customers**:

- Confidently deals with customer concerns with the ability to resolve problems. Reacts to customer feedback and works with the team to find quick solutions.

**Salary**: £10.75 - £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shifts
- 11pm - 7am
- 4 0n 4 off Rota

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ruthin : reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
