**Role Overview**:
To act as the point of contact between the customer to discuss total loss process. After receiving the engineers’ report, discuss the valuation with the customer and possible retention of salvage. **Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure maximum service levels are attained at all times
- Identify & report any potential cost saving processes
- Maintain good relations with external partners
- Managing a high workload with ever-changing priorities
- Dealing with difficult situations whilst remaining professional at all times
- Remaining positive whilst finding solutions to any issues
- Constantly monitoring and identifying ways of enhancing services, processes and systems
- Working within a team to ensure all work is completed fairly and to a high standard
- Administering the sale of all salvage.
- Obtaining outstanding documents to facilitate salvage sales.
- Processing payment requests via cheque or BACs.
- Identifying additional salvage sale opportunities by making direct contact with customers, Insurers and finance companies.
- Manage and respond to correspondence from the DVLA pertaining to salvage sales.
- Provision of advice and query handling for the Claims Teams with relation to salvage sales.
- Updating computer and paper based systems to ensure records are correct.

- Experience working in a fast pace environment.

- Able to liaise professional to all levels internally and externally.
**Additional Information**
**Hours**: Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00 + 1 in 4 Saturdays paid at overtime rate
**Location**: Crewe CW2 8UY - Fully Office Based
**Salary**: £21,500 per annum + overtime
