Job Title External Partner Advisor

Department Collections (Post Term)

Hours 36 hours per week. Core hours are 35 hours per week between
8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings rota’d
every four weeks (9.00am to 1.00pm)

Holiday 28 days per annum +3 bank holidays (Christmas, Boxing Day, NYD)

About the role

The role sits within our Post-Term Collections department, specifically our Recoveries and Remarketing team and
involves engaging with our customers and managing our portfolio of terminated agreements.

The team:
Manage cases from termination to the end of its life cycle with Billing Finance.

Engaging with customers to understand their circumstances and achieve good outcomes and first call

resolution.

Instructing the placement, relationship management and oversight of our external partners (debt collection
and repossession agents).

Co-ordinate Agent Visits.
Complete our Voluntary Termination process.
Closely support our Remarketing division, working with our auction houses to maximise the proceeds from

returned vehicles.

Support the wider collections department, handling calls from other areas during busy periods.

Collections experience desirable, however if successful training will be provided.

Appropriately and timely outsourcing of agreements to our panel of external partners (debt collection and vehicle
repossessions).

Supporting the Post-Term and Collections department with any task, as / when requested.
