**Job Title**:Warehouse Operative**

**Main purpose of the job**:
**Responsible for all Warehouse Activities **including kitting, receiving & inspecting goods delivered, final inspection & packing, general housekeeping and updating computer system.**

**Directly responsible to**:Purchasing Manager

**_Minimum Requirements: _**
- Be able to speak fluent English and have good communication skills.
- Must be flexible and work to tight deadlines
- Have good computer skills
- Take pride in their work and work quickly and accurately
- Must be supportive to all departments when needed.
- Work to Environmental Health and Safety standards

**_All employees shall conform to the requirements of the companies’ quality assurance procedures, the companies’ health and safety policy requirements and the requirements of the companies’ handbook as issued._**

**_Outline of job responsibilities and duties: _**

Responsible for the following activities in accordance with QA Procedures including updates to paperwork and computer system:
Picking Material to Produce Kits.
- Accepting, Inspecting, and putting away goods Received.
- Inspecting Finished Materials and Packing.
- Day to day housekeeping of Stores and packing areas.
- Day to day stock checks, investigations and adjustments.
- Preforming any Sub Assembly of Electronic Components required.

Any other relevant activities assigned by your supervisor.

Must also have Good Math’s and English Skills, Good Punctuality and be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.

**_Specific job responsibilities and activities: _**

1. Responsible for day-to-day housekeeping of Stores and packing areas to maintain a clean and well organised environment.

2. To accept and inspect and put away goods in accordance with QA Procedures and updates to paperwork and computer system.

3. Picking material required to build products as required to the production schedule in accordance with QA Procedures and relevant updates to paperwork and computer system.

4. To pack and inspect materials to First Choice Assembly standards and produce and update relevant paperwork and computers system to QA Procedures.

5. Day to day stock checks, investigations, and adjustments as required.

6. Preforming of Electronic Components and sub assembly of electronic components as required.

7. To communicate information to their supervisor as required

8. To arrive to work on time within the parameters set out by First Choice Assembly.

9. Any other Business required in department.

**Salary**: £9.80 per hour
