**Hours**: Full-Time, 37 Hours per week

**FTE Salary**: £23,152 per annum

**Actual Salary**: £ 19,359 per annum

**About the role**

We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to help support the Pastoral Support Officers and Attendance officer with administrative and organisational tasks and by being the first line of contact to students and family needs. This is a pivotal role which requires a high level of confidentiality, communication, and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work flexibly.
