About the Team and the Role
At First AML, our Sales team work in pods that are dedicated to a certain industry: Financial services, Law, Accounting and Real Estate. Our new UK office is high energy, high performers who love to collaborate - our sales teams partner with an onboarding specialist and customer success manager. This way of working in a cross team environment ensures we create customer delight at every turn.
As an Account Executive your key focuses will be to build your pipeline and close deals
Finding your own new sales opportunities
Collaborating and working on leads alongside a Sales Development Rep
Proactively nurturing and managing your pipeline
Creating pitch decks that accurately solve the needs of our clients
Conducting face to face and virtual demo's to potential customers
Attending events with the intent to add to your pipeline
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
You have great resilience and can bounce back from setbacks or rejections - our solution is new to market and we are building a brand, you will be up for this challenge
Understanding industry trends and competitor offerings in the RegTec space
A good understanding about commercial deal structures and contract terms for negotiating best possible outcomes
You recognise opportunities that create exceptional results and have contributed to a culture where people can do their best work
You have bucket loads of initiative, with an engaging, creative and professional approach to selling
You trailblaze when it comes to supporting your fellow team members to achieve
You have sold to Financial Service firms - ideal but not essential
You understand that quality data is everything and this will show in how you utlise our CRM
