**About the Trust**

The Northern Care Alliance is an NHS Foundation Trust (NCA FT) created by bringing together two NHS Trusts, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. The NCA FT was formally established on 1 October 2021. The NCA has been working together as a group since 2016.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Transfer content from legacy templates onto accessible templates.
- Run accessibility checks using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Resolve issues flagged on the accessibility report.
- Liaise with colleagues in the Document Control Team to ensure documents are of suitable quality for publication.
- Send completed documents to the Document Control mailbox for publication on the Policy Hub.

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative tasks and inquiries
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Provide customer support and assist with inquiries or issues
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an administrator or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £12.45 per hour
