The Coach House is an independent hotel based in Carlton Colville, offering both neighbours and guests a relaxed environment for eating, celebrating and staying whilst visiting the area for work or leisure breaks.

We are looking for an outgoing and reliable team member to help us administer and manage reservations 4 mornings a week (4 x 4 Hours)..

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Create guest bedroom and table reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Respond to guest enquiries via online portals.
- Coordinate with other hotel teams to help with the smooth day to day running of the hotel e.g. housekeeping and maintenance.
- Answer the telephone, respond to enquiries.
- Assist the hotel manager with administrative tasks e.g. scanning and uploading documents such as purchase invoices and time sheets.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Must be confident using software, including excel/word & outlook. Full training will be provided on our hotel booking system.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
