**The Role**:
**Head of Commercial Engagement**

**Hours: Full-Time / 37.5 Hours per Week (Mon - Fri)**

**Salary - £52,500 - £60,000 per annum DOE**

**Location: Role will be Hybrid With Working from Home Mostly with some Travel as Business Requires**

**Skills/Responsibilities**:
the new role of head of commercial engagement will have four core responsibilities:

- Prospect development, ensuring prospect generation against targeted organisations and stakeholders for business development and associated teams at NHSP.
- Management of the commercial engagement team, ensuring appropriate resource management to deliver all associated business development prospecting and pipeline reporting. Additionally maintaining the SOPs and best practice behaviours for Sales cloud license holders to ensure an accurate data base.
- Sales cloud reporting, with responsibility for creation and delivery of all Sales cloud reports and insight’s models to relevant NHSP stakeholders.
- Gateway solutions sales pipeline ownership and delivery to agreed targets.

**To be successful in this post you will need to**
- Knowledge of NHS organisations, hierarchies and lines of influence.
- Knowledge of processes and SLAs associated with a commercial engagement function.
- Masters degree or relevant level of experience and knowledge.
- Experience deploying a CRM system and manging reports
- Over three years sales experience.
- Team management experience.
- Developing and managing multi-channel prospect pipelines for mixed services portfolios
- Commercial engagement in NHS environments over three or more years.
- Detailed Knowledge of NHS roles and mechanisms of access.
- Knowledge of current NHS workforce strategies and current drivers for change.
- Knowledge of NHSP services and USPs.
- Knowledge of NHSP target NHS stakeholders.
