The Head of Affinity GB will have overall responsibility for leading this Line of Business in the UK. This is a new position. It is a unique opportunity to build a team and business within a high growth area WTW is investing in. You will be working closely with the Global Affinity Line of Business and UK Corporate Risk and Broking colleagues

**The Role**
- Development and execution of the Affinity strategy for the UK
- Driving overall Affinity growth, profitability and responsibility for the Affinity P&L in the UK
- Leading business development and sales
- Building a team of talented colleagues
- Management of all Affinity resources in the UK. Responsible for people management and development, including inclusion & diversity priorities
- Oversight of operational management across the LOB, including supporting delivery of our proprietary technology platform in the UK
- Managing key client and carrier relations

**The Requirements**
- Deep understanding of the Affinity landscape
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proven reputation for colleague engagement, and the execution and delivery of business results
- Outstanding track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targets
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment
- Understanding of InsureTech and technology in the Affinity space
- Strong facilitation skills - able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities
- Strong skills in problem solving, planning and budgeting
- Ability to manage governance processes, risk management and compliance to ensure seamless alignment and adherence to regulatory standards within our organisation
- High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy.
