Job Introduction
As a **Front of House/ Catering Lead **at Sodexo in **Chevron - Westferry Circus, E14 4HA,** you will be responsible for providing the clients and customers with impeccable service for the customer “experience” and Journey. You must be a fantastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will require excellent communication and organisational skills as well as strong attention to detail. **What you’ll do**:

- Receive, order, deliver hospitality to the various meeting rooms across the 3 floors at WFC.
- Manage Catering Stock control.
- Provide support for the staff breakout areas and coffee machines (this will be in the porter’s absence)
- Back of House Duties, all paperwork, cleaning, and training and H&S to be upheld at all times.
- Maintain good communications with suppliers ensuring quality control.
- Ability to anticipate requests.
- Proactive in other areas outside of the catering requirement
- Requirement to work within the team & to cross train.
- Manage one staff member in the dept.

- Adapt to failed suppliers with resolutions.
- Report to line manager any inconsistences within service delivery
- Adhere to legislation on food handling, allergens etc., completing associated training to demonstrate knowledge.
- Understand and manage ordering of all catering supplies, online and by other means.
- Attention to detail required for continuity.
- Allergen Awareness
- Good Customer focus
