Housekeeper

Job Summary:
Start time 7.30am to approximately 12pm.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various areas of our establishment. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve breakfast
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Change linens and make beds
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional hospitality
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques is a plus
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality setting preferred
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid, including internship positions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
