**A bit about what you would be doing**:

- Your main focus will be managing talent pipelines effectively from attraction, registration, selection and through to placement; for a number of jobs and engaging with clients to ensure process expectations are met, encouraging customer advocacy.

You may need to attend one of our offices on certain days in the week if your managerasks but other than that, we believe in you working from wherever you need to.

**Communication**: To help establish and grow your relationships you'll need to be a good verbal and written communicator, able to adapt your approach to different types of people.
**Experience**: Ideally, you'll have previously worked in a recruitment environment, either running your own desk or supporting as a Resourcer.
