Factory Operative

We are looking for factory operatives. You must be an enthusiastic person to assist in the manufacture and construction of prefabricated timber panels, operating various machinery.

Previous experience in timber frame or joinery would be ideal but not essential as training is provided.
- Be able to organise a safe and tidy work environment
- Be punctual and reliable
- Can work alone and as part of a team

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Operating machinery, Handheld power tools & pneumatic air tools
- Fabrication of various timber-based components
- Partake in job specific training
- Assisting colleagues
- Ability to adopt and adapt to change in procedures, working practices or policies
- Be able to work under pressure

New Shift times

07:30 - 16:00

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandwich, Kent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
