United Living Water Limited provides a comprehensive range of utility infrastructure services covering all aspects of pipeline networks including investigation, design, planning, infrastructure maintenance, main rehabilitation, new connections.

We are currently recruiting for a Planning Assistant to work within Planning Department.

The main responsibilities of the Planning Assistant include:

- Scheme management from concept to completion
- Ensuring all planning criteria have been met prior to the scheme commencement including CDM regulations.
- Liaison with the client and Principal Designer whilst developing the scheme design
- Manage workload to comply with Clients Service Level Agreements
- Manager NRSWA requirements on individual schemes in order to minimise financial risk and non-compliance
- Coordination with local authorities
- Effective liaison with all stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will be a credible communicator, with the ability to influence positively across a wide range of stakeholders.

Your ability to operate effectively in a delivery focused and often fast-paced environment will be evident, and you should be able to demonstrate capability in working with a variety of other disciplines and functions in a structured and collaborative way.
