**Junior Project Manager Consultant (Healthcare Renovation)**

**£28,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Flexible Working + Private Healthcare + Role and Pay Progression + Training**

Are you a Junior Project Manager with a background in healthcare construction or renovation looking for a dynamic and autonomous role within a company which has grown exponentially since its establishment, where you will work on a variety of exciting, fastturn-around projects, within the healthcare industry?
On offer is the opportunity to join a company that are experts in their field, playing an integral role in providing national government and private healthcare departments with new, affordable, flagship sites and process improvement implementation to servethe evolving clinical service and economy needs.
Your role will involve overseeing and assisting in projects from enquiry stage to handover, this will require travelling to sites within the London borough with a 60% site, 40% office split. You will be assisting with multiple projects at a time, managing healthand safety, conduct surveys, line manage all individuals on site, manage budgets and ultimately deliver the projects to budget and time.
This role would suit a Project Manager from a construction or M&E background looking for a varied and autonomous role within an exponentially growing company.

**The Role**:

- Act as first point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders after referral to project manager
- Consolidating and documenting the fundamental components of projects (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities and quality requirements)
- Tracking projects accurately and in detail on the project management platform
- Attendance of meetings at site and/or external offices
- Assist in managing commercial teams in preparing budgets, planning and overseeing project procurement
- Assist in technical commissioning of services with Trust Health partners and specialist design teams
- Ensure project managers action points from all meetings are addressed before deadlines

**The Person**:

- Educated to Degree level OR equivalent in relevant field OR Previous experience in similar position
- Experience in the Healthcare or Construction sector
