- To continuously challenge the growing process and to improve product quality & efficiencies.
- Attend the external agronomy fortnightly visits and initiate corrective actions identified.
- Monitor seed counts, germination rates and adjust as required.
- Assist in the planting and seeding of crops. Ensure that plants in appropriate soil conditions.
- Responsible for watering and fertilizing of plants as per schedule.
- To monitor the soil levels and adjust accordingly.
- To action daily, weekly, and monthly task lists, examples of tasks include:

- o Weekly crops walk with Lead Grower and the Commercial, Ops and Technical Team.
- o Taking monthly press-water samples and adjusting nutrient PH as necessary
- o Sulphur Pot management
- o Rosemary PHA Xylella checks**Qualifications / Experience**
- Previous glasshouse experience would be useful.
- NROSO membership and hold PA1 & PA6 certification (this can be attained in role if required)
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
