**Pastoral Support Coach -- Role Information**:
Pastoral Support Coach
Located in Gateshead (NE2)
Paid 420 - 430 per week during term time only
Full Time -- Monday to Friday role
Full academic year -- Beginning September 2023
Based inside of one secondary school -- KS3 & KS4 department
Providing vital 1:1 support to students with SEMH needs
Following carefully structured Education Health Care Plan
Working outside of classroom environment

**Pastoral Support Coach -- Applicant Requirements**:
Minimum 2:1 Psychology or Education Studies based degree
Strong academic background
Prior experience working with young children
Naturally warm and supportive personality
Good organisation and communication skills
Passionate about a career within education
Patient and understanding regarding progress of children
