With an outstanding track record of delivering real estate solutions and an extensive portfolio of exclusive developments, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven High-End Off-Plan Property Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with elite buyers, showcase prestigious properties, and be part of a reputable brand in the luxury real estate market.

**Job Summary**:
As a High-End Off-Plan Property Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our exclusive off-plan properties to high-net-worth individuals and investors. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong client relationships, understand their unique needs, and guide them through the entire sales process. By leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as your in-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and elevating the company's market position.

**Responsibilities**:
Expert Knowledge of High-End Off-Plan Properties:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of our portfolio of luxury off-plan properties, including features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Proactively generate leads and identify potential buyers through networking, referrals, online platforms, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads for targeted outreach.

Consultative Selling and Client Engagement:

- Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to comprehend their lifestyle preferences, investment goals, and budget.
- Present off-plan properties with compelling value propositions, tailored to the individual needs of clients.

Property Presentations and Site Visits:

- Organize and deliver engaging property presentations, showcasing the unique attributes of off-plan developments.
- Arrange and accompany clients on site visits to provide personalized insights into the future property.

Negotiation and Sales Closure:

- Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to ensure successful property sales and contract signings.
- Address client queries, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.

CRM Management and Sales Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, outlining progress and sales pipeline status.

Collaboration with Marketing and Development Teams:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Liaise with property developers to coordinate sales efforts and gain insights into upcoming developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successful high-end real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties and affluent clientele.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury property markets, investment trends, and high-net-worth individuals' preferences.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required for property viewings and client meetings.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
