We are currently recruiting for a Spares and Repairs Coordinator to join our Light Turbines team on a 12 month FTC. The purpose of the position is to perform the full range of Spares & Repairs Coordinator duties and services for EthosEnergy Light Turbines Ltd.

Position can be based in Aberdeen or Lincoln, UK

**Responsibilities**:

- Support PMO's with Spares and Repairs and all materials enquiries.
- Own and manage Materials, Spares and Repairs enquiries from initial proposal to completion.
- Understand inventory position at customer’s base, including physical and system reconciliations.
- Be able to forecast and recommend stockholding levels for critical spares.
- Recommend purchase of items required for services, breakdowns and TAR’s
- Sourcing of components and services required for packages under EELT responsibility.
- Expedite Purchase Orders placed by the Customer to ensure delivery to planned dates.
- Maintain the company’s Customer Relationship Management Tool - Salesforce.
- Management and maintenance of materials, spares & repairs quote structure and library.
- Prepare quotes/proposals and liaise directly with customer to maximise the Spares and Repairs product line for the business.
- Create, run & maintain a spares expedited tracking register and present weekly to Contract Manager.
- Maintain and update key reporting metrics for management.

**Required Skills / Knowledge**:

- Proven skills required in customer liaison, inventory control, good communication and financial awareness
- Able to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised
- Motivated self-starter with ability to achieve and deliver to customer satisfaction
- Willingness and ability to suggest new ideas and process improvements

**Experience**:

- SAP and ERP experience essential
- Previous technical exposure to Oil & Gas Service Industry beneficial
- Solid administrative experience within sales/purchasing departments essential.

**Education Requirements**:

- Educational Backround - A level to degree

**Physical Requirements**:

- Office based position
