The installation and changing of all three Large Calibration lines to suit various sizes (DN350-DN2000) in line with manufacturing demand and maximum utilisation of rig capabilities to ensure on time delivery.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Installation of large calibration pipeline in line with testing requirements
- Movement of pipework inside and outside the large calibration area
- Performance of area housekeeping activities, including the prompt reporting of problems, or equipment breakdowns.
- Maintain to the highest level, workmanship standards and health and safety awareness
- Ensure manufacturing build, inspection and where relevant, test times are met.
- Be fully conversant with all equipment, tools and measuring instruments associated with the manufacturing cycle.
- Maintain safe working area and practices, ensuring health & safety is paramount at all times
- Any other duties as required by the production supervisor - including all lifting and forklift operations.

**Your background**:

- Experience of working on intermediate moving manufacturing processes/Flowline.
- Experience of working on production specific H&S issues & initiatives.
- SAP knowledge.
- Team working
- Use of Cranes and heavy lifting equipment
- Quality Notification (reporting & action closure)
- Combi Lift License
