**Brief Description**:
Looking for a new challenge?

The East Coast HR team is seeking a self-motivated individual who is passionate HR and all things data. In this role, you will be responsible for providing proactive, professional HR administration support to HR Business Partner teams to enable the delivery of the people plan. You will support a growing, collaborative, knowledge-sharing HR team of 10 and have the opportunity to grow within the role and Network Rail.

To be successful in this role, you must be highly organised with a demonstrable ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to process large volumes of data accurately. You will also be flexible, proactive and strive for continuous improvement.

**About the role (External)**:
**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:
1. Provide HR Administration support to the HR Business Partner team/s and the business to facilitate the delivery of value added HR and the delivery of the people/HR plans.

2. Support HR Business Partner teams in administration relating to: Talent Management, Workforce and Succession Planning, maintaining appropriate data within the associated process.

3. Provide administrative support to the supported Business Partner teams for Organisation Change programmes including note taking and coordination of consultation meetings and documentation production.

4. Maintain and track associated project measures within the agreed format.

5. Support the associated HR Business Partner team/s with ad hoc administrative activity relating to operational and value added HR activity.

6. Coordination and note taking/recording of key actions for Area/Local council meetings as required

- Experience of providing professional HR Administration support within a complex and fast moving environment.
- Approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of inquires.

**Desirable**
- Certificate in Personnel Practice
- Power BI knowledge
