**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- **Student Enrollment**: Manage the enrollment process for new and returning students, maintaining accurate records.
- **Scheduling**: Oversee the school timetable, coordinating classes and activities to ensure smooth operation.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- **Independence**: Work independently to manage daily tasks and long-term projects efficiently.
- **High Communication Skills**: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interactions within the school community.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (fluency in Turkish is preferable but not obligatory)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Independent and proactive work ethic
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
