In order to support DWF's exciting growth journey, we have created a new role for a HR Director to join our Human Resources team.

As HR Director your main remit will be to drive and own the HR business plan, guiding and managing the overall provision of HR services to DWF globally. You will ensure that the implementation of the business plan follows a pragmatic approach that is continuallyaligned with business priorities and supports organisational development. You will also be accountable for the operational management of the team, allowing the CPO to manage and drive the PLC board and Remuneration Committee agenda. You will lead the teamto cultivate a high performance culture ensuring an excellent service is provided to the business.

At DWF, you'll find a professional life that stretches and redefines you. We are looking for a MCIPD qualified (or equivalent) HR Director with experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a fast paced, change driven plc and / or professional services(international) environment.

You will preferably have experience of leading HR teams to deliver results in a highly change driven environment as well as of business partnering and matrix management in an international context. Being able to juggle both strategic and operational prioritiesis key to success in this role as well as being able to manage multiple budgets. Extensive knowledge of leading projects and change management activity at an organisation wide level is required.

We are interested in a result oriented completer-finisher with highly developed emotional intelligence and communication skills with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders of all levels and driving innovation.

You will have a strong business acumen and able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. You will also be highly efficient with a flexible approach and with a strong team ethos and the ability to inspire andchallenge others in a multi-site environment.

Ability and appetite to travel across the DWF offices both nationally and internationally is required (on occasion, at short notice).
