**About the company**

A Shade Greener (Boilers) LLP provides domestic boiler breakdown cover and servicing plans.

**Job Purpose**

The main purpose of this role is to provide support for the General Manager in all legal matters for the company. This includes customer service to customers in matters relating to their property sales, re-mortgages etc along with issues relating to legal proceedings.

**1. **Primary responsibilities**

Providing customer service and advice to customers experiencing financial difficulties

Managing data and implementing this on the company’s bespoke software

Liaising with solicitors, courts regarding customer accounts/cases and any other third party (i.e. HM Land Registry) where necessary

Processing, arranging, and taking payments

Preparing, collating, and creating legal documentation where necessary

Attending hearings where necessary

Entering claims and/or processing claims through MCOL where necessary

Arranging meetings, monitoring deadlines, diary management

**2. **Knowledge and Skill Requirements**
- Experience and knowledge of all Microsoft packages, with a primary focus on Excel.

Ability to work on your own initiative.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver the same levels of standards expected.

A customer focused approach.

Ability to resolve problems.

Create accurate spreadsheets and reports if needed.

Confident Telephone Manner.

2 years + Administration experience

2 years + Customer service experience

Driving license and own vehicle is desirable due to work location

**4. **Compliance**

Ensure compliance with rules and procedures.

Follow standard operating procedures.

Agree business/personal objectives, KPI’s etc. with your Line Manager.

Ensure personal appearance is professional whilst suitable for working environment and situation at all times.

**5. **Wellbeing**

Ensure energy, determination and work rate of oneself is at its upmost at all times.

Recognise the need to develop oneself; identify any personal training needs and participate in relevant training that the Company delivers.

**6. **Business Development and Continuous Improvement**

Liaise and cooperate with your Line Manager as and when required.

Full training will be given, at the start of employment.

Annual training is compulsory on health and safety, data protection amongst others.

**7. **Work within the Company’s Quality Standards**

Monitor and maintain standards of quality and compliance at all times.

Liaise and co-operate with your Line Manager as and when required.

**8. **Adhoc Duties**

Any other duties, as required by the job role and as requested by your line manager as and when required.
