**Marketing Administrator**

RightScapes Ltd is a thriving and customer-centric landscaping company dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful havens. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Sales and Marketing Administrator to support our business with sales and marketing. As a Sales and Marketing Administrator at RightScapes, you will play a crucial role in the success of our sales and marketing efforts by providing essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Sales Support**:
Assist with sales by maintaining customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Generate sales reports, forecasts, and analyse to aid decision-making.

Coordinate and track sales leads, appointments, and follow-ups.

Prepare and format sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Liaise with clients to gather necessary project information and documentation.

Assist in ensuring excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and requests promptly.

**Marketing Support**:
Manage the scheduling and posting of content on our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram.

Monitor and report on website analytics and online marketing performance.

Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.

Assist in maintaining and organising marketing documents and assets.

**General Administrative Duties**:
Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Handle incoming inquiries and requests from clients and partners.

Maintain organised records of sales and marketing materials, ensuring easy accessibility.

Assist in tracking and managing the sales and marketing budget.

Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in an administrative or support role, with exposure to sales and marketing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe preferred.

Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.

Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 1 year (required)
- Direct marketing: 1 year (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Leeds
