_**we are currently searching for an intelligent and keen graduate, who is seeking to kick start their career within financial services, to join a prestigious international banking organisation in their Private banking team as a Funds Administrative Assistant. the graduate will be assisting and managing the distribution and administration of new and existing funds to customers.**_

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Organizing and supervising the execution of the income distribution and ongoing administration processes.
- Opening accounts for any new personal/ corporate clients that want to invest in investment funds.
- To prepare regular and special reports to departmental management in the required format, and in an accurate and timely manner.
- To ensure that customers' complaints and problems are solved promptly and satisfactorily and to submit to reports Senior Management regarding any problems.

- Preparing payment instructions and accounts journals for share purchases, sales fees, and distributions.
- Receiving and checking income distributions, sales & management fees
- Preparing confirmations for investors, arranging for approval and mailing
- Preparing ongoing quarterly statements for investors, arranging for approval and mailing.
- Arranging and recording any transfers of beneficial interests in shares
- Reconciling bank account statements to the investor log.
- To gather information and data on competitors and products, services, and other activities.
