Help Sales Directors, Managing Directors & HR Directors develop innovative training programmes that build high performing teams.

This Global Client have been establish for over 40 years and are a pioneering enterprise that guide organizations to success by inspiring, developing, and transforming their greatest investment - their people.

Due to European expansion they are now looking for a sales orientated Key Account Sales specialist to join the team. Working with new leads generated by marketing teams, the role will be to build strong relationships with clients over the phone and faceto face, identifying opportunities to present bespoke programmes across Leadership training, Sales effectiveness, Individual Effectiveness, employee engagement and Organisational development programmes. Working closely with the clients the role is to manageand develop each account won.

You already have a well developed, concept solution sales background as well as a proven track record of sales success. You are capable of managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, holding clients hands throughout the process to enable youto build credibility and trust that allows you to identify strategic, new revenue opportunities within your clients.

The business environment is fresh and fast paced and will need a lively and clever account manager that is passionate about client satisfaction. On offer is a comprehensive induction and ongoing training programme.

A salary commensurate with experience and a bonus scheme based on individual performance is offered including benefits and above industry standard holiday entitlement. Career path from this role can move into a Global Account Director level role or intoSales management.
