Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk-part Time

**ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK - LOUGHVIEW LEISURE GROUP**
Loughview Leisure Group have a new and exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance part-time basis, 20hours - flexible across a 7 day week.. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic organisation.
Reporting to Group Finance Manager, the main duties will include the following:
- Checking and coding purchase invoices and entering them on Sage in a timely and accurate manner
- Updating supplier payment requests list and preparing payments on Sage for authorisation and input to the bank
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing ones
- Support the accounts team with any further duties as and when required
**Essential criteria**:
- GCSE grade A-C in English Language and Math or equivalent qualifications
- Experience of using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Available to work some Public holidays and occasional weekends on a rota basis.

- Ability to commute reliably
