Job Introduction
This is a new role, and you will be responsible for developing and delivering a plan to effectively manage, all Family Hub buildings across the city including youth and nurseries.

You will be the site accountable person for all Family Hub buildings and your responsibilities will include providing a building maintenance service and ensuring that all buildings are compliant with statutory requirements in terms of servicing, health and safety and fire procedures.

There will be opportunities to work with the Council’s Premises Team, Health and Safety Team and the named contacts for each building. You will also need to liaise with contractors and planning officers to support future development plans for the Family Hub sites.

Additional Information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.

Package Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Premises Co-ordinator to support service delivery across Brighton & Hove City Council Family Hub sites.

Following an extensive Early Help review, Brighton and Hove have developed Family Hubs as the delivery model for Early Help services across the city. Family Hubs will provide seamless accessible support to families with children aged 0-19 (25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
