This is an incredible opportunity to work as a Front of House Assistant for a luxury brand based in Towcester.

The purpose of this role is to be a representative of the brands values. Welcoming reputable guests, your role will be critical in ensuring guests have a memorable and pleasant experience. You will also be supporting the events teams with the co-ordination and execution of prestigious events.

What your day will look:

- Meeting and greeting guests from various levels, including VIPs.
- Assisting the events team in arranging VIP and prestigious events.
- Assisting with any queries from guests in the most professional and presentable manner.
- Co-ordinating and hosting on-site tours in a professional manner.
- Managing appointments and pre-planned arrival arrangements of guests and VIPS
- Ensuring guests have a pleasant journey from their arrival on-site to welcome areas.
- Supporting seniors and executive teams as required.
- Reporting any maintenance, breakage, or cleanliness issues to the relevant department.
- Attending meetings and events that may take place outside of standard working hours.

What our client is looking for?

Hours - 830am - 530pm Monday to Friday onsite in Towcester, salary £30,000

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
