An opportunity has arisen to join the Frontier team, based at Sandy. We are looking for an Administrator to join us on a permanent full-time basis.
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate at every level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Comfortable in dealing with numbers
- Being able to adopt a flexible approach to work
- Experience of meeting deadlines and dealing with pressure associated with these
- Self-motivated and tenacious
- An effective team player
- Strong customer focus
- Have a natural positive, can do attitude

**The role - Key responsibilities**
- Provide an industry leading customer service demonstrating a strong customer focus with both internal and external customers.
- Coordinate and communicate product availability with suppliers /commercial and sales teams.
- Resolve any other customer queries efficiently and effectively.
- Holding suppliers to account using agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Liaise with commercial team to resolve any customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
- Inputting sales orders onto the system and processing the purchase to the supplier
- Raising sales invoices and dealing with financial queries from customers
- Processing the purchase on the system and reconciling the supplier order book
- Work with the logistics and internal teams to achieve the best possible balance of service and cost through good planning and communication.
- Develop industry knowledge and understand Health and Safety procedures to be able to continue to develop logistics solutions for the future.
- Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
