**About the Role**

Would you like to pass on your vast experience, knowledge & practical skills to help others improve their own skill set?

**The role**

You’ll be forward thinking, diligent & enthusiastic.

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of (mostly) on site and (some) off-site learning programmes.

You’ll mostly deliver, our Site Safety Plus Courses, most specifically our **Temporary Works Coordinator and Supervisor courses**. There will be some in person training delivery needs as well as online virtual courses.

**What we need from you**

To always operate in line with CST Training values and behaviours and implement our policies and standards.

We use a number of IT systems, so the role would best suit someone who's high functioning with their IT skills and comfortable adapting to new ones.

**Essential Skills Needed**

1. Be a member of:

- The Institution of Civil Engineers (AMICE/MICE/FICE) or
- The Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStructE/FIStructE)
- The Institution of Royal Engineers (InstRE)
- Be registered with the Engineering Council at IEng or CEng level (Or meet the relevant criteria)
- Hold relevant practical and design experience of temporary works (such as falsework, formwork, access and protection)

2. **Advantageous to have any of these qualifications**:

- NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health
- Level 4 or 5 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice (or SVQ equivalent) Health and Safety degree
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Part 2.
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Units A, B, C and D.
- IOSH Level 6 Diploma in Safety Management (or equivalent). Strong facilitation management skills

**3. Other Criteria**
- Excellent communication, IT and written skills
- Great people skills
- Superb self-management skills
- Up to date CPD (min 12 months)
- Solid experience and competency across several disciplines
- CITB Site Safety Plus (Approved Tutor Certificate)
- Adult Teaching Qualification (AET) or equivalent
