**Responsible for**:
- Upskilling site and Head office staff by:
- Conducting IT skills gap analyses.
- Conduct role-specific training on tools and programs each team uses daily.
- Training new employees on proper use of hardware and software.
- Perform regular organization-wide trainings on system security.
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials.
- Conduct training and refresher courses on company policies and cyber security.
- Acting as a representative and advocate for the Coinford IT helpdesk Department.
- Visiting site locations in addition to head office to deliver basic IT training.
- Liaising with Team Leaders and Managers to highlight needs/requirements for additional learning.
- Updating online Learning Portal (ClipTraining) with progress and achievements.
- Providing reports and feedback contributing to staff one-to-one meetings
- Preparing and designing any necessary materials and information to deliver training programmes.
**Required attributes for the role**:
- Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer or similar role.
- Experience designing technical course material.
- Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques.
- Good understanding of corporate computer security principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly.
- Ability to deliver engaging training to quickly deliver the correct messages.
- A desire and willingness to learn, develop and adapt to new skills/techniques/technology.
- Excellent understanding of Office365 (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
**Salary**: £32,878.00-£34,609.00 per year
