We’re looking for an Estates Coordinator with experience of working on an operational site or land management environment to join our Estates Management Team at Hole House.

As an Estates Coordinator at Hole House you’ll have experience of Planning, Environmental and Health and Safety processes that’ll help support the development of activities regarding planning, regulatory compliance, environmental and Health and Safety matters across three working farms, comprising 100 hectares.

You’ll work closely with our Estates Manager, coordinating and at times supporting with non-routine operations and projects with the industrial areas at Hole House.

**What you'll be doing**

You’ll be working in a small integrated group that work in conjunction with site operations, administration, projects and shift teams. Day to day, you can expect to carry out the following tasks and activities:

- Support and deliver maintenance and minor project activities associated with the Land and Estates (including the management of the site, environmental aspects, ecological monitoring, landscaping, biodiversity, civil and ground work requests)
- Supervise, organise, plan and set to work contract teams, including the preparation and review of permit to work requests
- Support and authorise work activities outside of gas operational areas using the Estates Work Authorisation permit system
- Develop and deliver site inductions and specific estates training
- Maintain full compliance with environmental, Town Planning, lease and licence conditions and expectations
- Assist the on-site security team, security access and CCTV monitoring controls
- Produce and mange Estates “as-built” and project drawings, including carrying out site surveys and inspections to update drawings

This is just a taste of what to expect as our Estates Coordinator, you will at times have to carry out additional roles and responsibilities for example, supporting the Team in the absence of the Estates Manager.

**Who you are**

Ideally you’ll bring a wealth of experience from previously having worked on an operational site or within a land management environment. You’ll also bring a good level of practical knowledge of current health & safety and environmental legislation.

If you have experience of managing environmental impact assessments and environmental action plans as well as experience of countryside management, town planning, agriculture and/or horticulture that would be amazingbut don’t worry if not It’s not essential.

Whilst not essential, it would be handy if you held one or more of the following qualifications/memberships:

- Professional Health & Safety Qualification - NEBOSH National Certificate minimum.
- Professional Environmental Qualification(s) - IEMA Associate Certificate minimum.
- Professional AutoCad Qualification - City & Guilds Level 2 minimum
- Membership of appropriate professional institutions
