As a Proposition Owner you will be instrumental in shaping the success of our strategic propositions. This role requires a deep understanding of our market, customers, and the range of services and technology products we offer. You will play a pivotal role in conducting market analysis, identifying commercial opportunities, and crafting personas, use cases and value propositions that shape our product and service offerings.

Working closely with key stakeholders you will establish a clear strategy and take ownership of KPIs to monitor and enhance the success of the proposition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive proposition strategy aligned with our vision and mission.
- Own and manage a set of KPIs to monitor and enhance the success of our propositions.
- Conduct insightful market analyses and user research to define key customer / user personas to inform our proposition roadmaps.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and align on a clear strategy for our key propositions.
- Manage prioritised roadmaps and backlogs with clearly defined stakeholder benefits, aligned to strategic objectives.
- Work closely with delivery and product teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are designed to meet user needs.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for new products and services
- Continuously iterate and innovate, fostering a culture of problem-solving to address challenges and capitalise on opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments throughout the onboarding process and provide support to enhance client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product / proposition management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product / proposition development and the customer journey.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
