**Your Role: CNC Setter & Machine Operator**

As a CNC Setter and Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our production targets and delivering cost-effective, high-quality products. Your responsibilities include:

- ** Operating Excellence**: Set and operate CNC machines in a cell to produce precise and high-volume parts.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough quality checks using advanced measuring equipment, ensuring only the best products reach our customers.
- ** Safety & Cleanliness**: Adhere to our company's health and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate with the team to raise ideas for improvement and actively participate in your own and others development.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- ** Attention to Detail**: A high degree of near vision is essential to identify visual flaws and maintain precise measurements within +/- 5 microns.
- ** Team Player**: We value teamwork and expect our team members to actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Location**: Gloucester

**Shift Pattern**: 6 - 6 on a 12-hour shift, with the first week consisting of 5 days and the second week 2 days.
