As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled CNC Setter Operator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: As a CNC Turning Setter Operator at Forge Motorsport, you will play a vital role in our production process. You will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce parts and components according to specifications. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will ensure the efficient and accurate production of high-quality products.

**Responsibilities**:

- _Set up CNC turning machines by installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and workpieces._
- _Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations._
- _Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly._
- _Monitor and control machine operations to ensure compliance with quality standards._
- _Adjust machine settings and tool offsets as necessary to achieve desired results._
- _Conduct regular inspections of finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality._
- _Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that may arise._
- _Collaborate with team members, including engineers and programmers, to optimize machining processes._
- _Maintain a clean and organised work area._

**Qualifications**:

- _Proven experience as a CNC Setter Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment._
- _Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC turning and Turn/Mill machines._
- _Strong knowledge of reading technical drawings and blueprints._
- _Familiarity with Mazatrol programmes._
- _Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot common issues._
- _Excellent attention to detail and precision._
- _Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently._
- _Good communication and teamwork abilities._
