Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the catering operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of catering operations, including food preparation, setup, service, and cleanup
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to company standards
- Train and mentor catering staff on proper food handling and service techniques
- Monitor and order supplies as needed
- Oversee setup and ensure that all equipment and supplies are in place
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in catering or food service is good but not necessarily required.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food planning, and event coordination
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional fast food experience
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service operations
