**Decision Intelligence Insights Partner - 24-month Fixed Term Contract**

The Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) Programme has been established to develop the capabilities required to support new GSK’s growth ambition. SCT will drive alignment and accelerate value creation across Commercial, Operations, Finance in the GSK Supply chain of Pharma medicines and Vaccines. It will create the foundation for an accelerated, digital transformation of the end-to-end Supply Chain to drive revenue, profitability, and improved working capital. It will bring together complementary initiatives across GSK under one accountable GSK Supply Chain Transformation team.

There are 5 key Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) Work Streams that will deliver new capabilities for the organisation:
1. End to End Supply Chain Planning - including global implementation of our new Advanced Planning System, OMP

2. Integrated Business Planning

3. External Network Collaboration including External Manufacturing and Incoming Materials Suppliers

4. Low touch Order fulfilment to Delivery

5. End to End Control Tower including Decision Intelligence

These are supported by workstreams leading Data and Change & Capability.

**Job Purpose**
- The role is an assignment for 24 months, and offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced, influential and dynamic change leader to be part of a core team shaping the future direction of GSK’s supply chains.
- The insights and Impact Manager working in supply chain transformation is accountable for ensuring solutions developed through the decision intelligence workstream are transforming the insights to impact journey when deployed into business as usual, alongside other solutions including the advanced planning solution.
- Shape the design of user journeys for adoption of advanced analytics capabilities so insights drive impact through faster and smarter decisions.
- This role will need to use innovative thinking and external benchmarking to help different workstreams in supply chain transformation move from early concepts to tangible delivery at an ambitious pace
- This is an area that is rapidly evolving with disruptive technologies like generative AI. A key part of the role will be to explore the exploitation of the technologies in pursuit of the goals in targeted use cases
- The role will work closely with colleagues in the tech and supply chain business functions, to identify new opportunities to create value and develop a unified and value driven approach to prioritise use cases.
- The role will need to manage the incorporation of third-party staff and services to form productive and collaborative teams, to ensure they are coached appropriately on supply chain needs and concepts to create tailored solutions.

**In this role you will...**
- Partner across decision intelligence stakeholders in supply chain transformation and with business teams to ensure the capabilities deliver to the potential, ensuring analytical requirements are clearly translated to delivery teams such that they drive insights and impact
- Build networks and relationships across multiple workstreams, understanding the strategy/business objectives across each area, and ensure that insights from technologies are not duplicated across tools and create unintended conflicts
- To define and execute a use case prioritisation based on value and feasibility that maximises the total value generated and is truly transformational. In support of this, facilitate development of business case for use cases
- Design the user journeys to ensure that solutions are driving the speed of decision making through targeted insights and business recommendations, reflecting real world scenarios
- Ensure solutions are driving performance improvement, designing how next generation KPIs will be automated from source and be incorporated into the digital solutions to drive to action for different levels of management in a simple and intuitive way.
- Define and support design of the use of advanced technologies like cognitive platforms and generative AI in user journeys to maximise quality of insights for decisions and speed to impact
- Championing change within functions embedding transformational analytical capability into business as usual, translating complex analytics to simple and targeted call to action
