Role DescriptionnThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Planner at Keplin Group Limited, located in Brentford. The Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for inventory planning and data analysis to support the buying team. The role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:nAnalyse sales data to identify trends and predict future demand.nUse data to make informed decisions about product ordering, placement, and promotions.nMonitor stock levels and generate purchase orders for reordering products.nEnsure timely and accurate reordering to avoid stockouts or overstocking.nDevelop and maintain forecasting models to inform buying decisions.nWork with overseas suppliers to negotiate product orders, prices, and delivery schedules.nEnsure that supplied products meet the retailer's quality standards and customer expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:nStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software e.g Excel, ERP.nExcellent communication skills.nAttention to detail and problem-solving abilities.nStrong organisational and time management skills.nAt least 2-5 years of experience as a supply chain planner for general merchandise.nExperience in the import and distribution industry is a plus.nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
