We are seeking a skilled finisher or someone who has experience working as a Modular Home Builder to join our manufacturing team in the production of high-quality modular homes. As a finisher, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring that our homes meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations. You will be fitting trims and guttering. Experience in drylining and window fitting would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

- **Modular Home Construction**: Construct modular homes according to design specifications, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the building process.
- **Assembly and Installation**: Assemble modular components and install fixtures, fittings, and utilities within the homes, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct quality checks throughout the construction process to identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies, ensuring that finished homes meet regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues in various departments, including design, engineering, and logistics, to streamline production processes and optimize workflow efficiency.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment used in the manufacturing of modular homes, ensuring their safe and effective use.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols at all times, promoting a culture of safety awareness and risk mitigation within the manufacturing environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in construction, preferably in modular or prefabricated home manufacturing.
- Strong practical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in carpentry, construction, or a related field are advantageous.

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
