**Product Support Operator**

If so, Simplytrak Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Product Support Operator to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of fleet management and telematics solutions, we are dedicated to delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct remote diagnostics escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable feedback from customers regarding product improvements or new feature requests.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates, features and industry trends to better support customers and enhance their overall experience

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in customer support
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Customer-orientated mindset with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer support
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends to accommodate customer needs
