Insolvency Case Administrator

Working with a team of 11, your duties as an Insolvency Case Administrator will include:
Managing own caseload of mainly liquidations from inception to closure, driving case progression

Preparing all forms and documents required in various corporate solvent and insolvent procedures, including statutory reporting (SIP6, progress and conduct reports)

Achieving statutory and regulatory compliance

Meeting all deadlines set by senior members of the team.

Dealing with directors, and other relevant stakeholders, including client visits, as required

Responsibility for additional ad hoc tasks as required

Having a degree of autonomy in decision making

Ideally the successful Insolvency Case Administrator will have the following skills:
Experience and understanding of corporate solvent and insolvency procedures

More than 2 years' corporate insolvency experience

Good numeracy and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to identify and deal with high-risk issues

Flexibility and adaptability

Ability to manage competing priorities in a varied case portfolio

Excellent team player

Strong organisational skills

Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive

Excellent interpersonal skills
