Mercury Air Conditioning Ltd are looking for an Office Apprentice to join our rapidly growing team.

As an ambitious, new and expanding business, the role entails assisting with as well as taking control of office based tasks and responsibilities. We are looking for a self
- driven, reliable individual with a proactive approach.

**On site parking is unavailable however there are various car parks and transport links within walking distance**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records on Quickbooks
- Arrange and book travel, transport and accommodation
- Office stationery & equipment orders
- Assist various departments with admin tasks

This is not an exhaustive list, additional tasks and responsibilities will be assigned by your line manager.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Quickbooks would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry
- Previous within the construction sector is desirable but not required
- Confident in sustaining a level of professionalism among employees
- Highly conscientious and well organised, with the ability to multi-task
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to excel in fast moving, highly motivated company that strives to deliver quality projects
