**About The Role**:
**The Portsmouth Academy** is seeking to appoint a **Pastoral Support Assistan**t** to provide a comprehensive administration service supporting the Pastoral Team.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- For a full list of responsibilities please see the attached Job Description_
- Work along the Pastoral Team ensuring high standards of punctuality, attendance and behaviour for learning
- Maintain and update student behaviour records as appropriate
- Provide supervision of students throughout the day including before school, during break, lunch and after school, enforcing the school’s rules around conduct
- Excellent administration skills, with a high level of efficiency, accuracy and confidentiality
- Previous experience of working in a school or other education environment
