**THE COMPANY**
Our client is one of the largest independent travel specialist with key values at the core. Whether it is a business meeting to close a deal, an event to meet industry peers, you will be part of a team creating a difference for the customers.

**THE ROLE**
Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to specialise in Receivables and Commissions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Raise and check invoices prior to distribution.
- Organise enquiries into the relevant mailboxes and provide query resolution.
- Aid consultants on all invoicing queries.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders.
- Allocate and post daily cash.
- Analyse, monitor and manage company accounts.
- Liaise with clients on outstanding invoices.
- Aid the Transactions Manager in all aspects of credit control.
- Contribute to audit preparation via month-end routines and year-end accounts.
- Assist with bank account reconciliations.
- Collaborate across the Finance Teams, including Receivables, BSP and Management Accountants.
- Aid in the preparation and testing of new system implementations.

**THE PERSON**
You will be a motivated and conscientious individual who thrives within a collaborative environment. You will take personal responsibility for job performance and be adaptable within a fast passed industry.

Essential requirements:

- Minimum 1 years Accounts Payable, Receivable and Collections experience within the travel industry.
- Previous Accounts Receivables experience.
- Experience with Travcom and other finance travel packages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Excel.
