ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our Client is recruiting for a Marketing & Office Manager

This role has the exciting opportunity to be a part of a new venture. Our client which constructs premium swimming pools and leisure facilities have an exciting opportunity to join them as they expand.

THE ROLE/ DUTIES:

- Leading marketing, advertising, and promotion activities.
- Planning and scheduling of service visits.
- Develop / maintain new and existing relationships with high end clients
- Overseeing general office activities, document preparation and data entry
- Assist with payroll and invoicing.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
- Marketing and advertising experience.
- Highly organised and efficient approach to tasks.
- Able to work under pressure whilst dealing with high end clients.
- Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines skills would be essential.
- Minimum 2 years office experience
- Marketing/advertising degree.
- Servicing/ Construction experience.
